OUR STORY
STUDIO / PRISMORA began as a passion project, a desire to bring more colour into a world being taken over by neutrals, millennial grey and copycat designs. We want to empower our customers to stand out from the crowd and express their vibrant personalities through bold fashion and home accessories.
We handcraft all of our products from our home art studio in Greater Manchester using the finest quality materials.
OUR VALUES
At STUDIO / PRISMORA we aim to make the world a brighter place for everyone. That's why we donate 10% of sales to charity, and have raised money for a wide variety of different causes. Each month, we choose a different charity to donate to, to ensure that we can support people all over the world.
We take environmental sustainability incredibly seriously and are proud to be a zero waste business - we make use of every last scrap of our materials and avoid single use products in our production process as much as possible.
OUR PROCESS
At STUDIO / PRISMORA we are always gathering inspiration for our pieces, whether we're exploring the world on global adventures or taking a walk through our very own back garden.
Every single one of our pieces is unique, and are released as collections of a similar theme. Sometimes nature is our inspiration and our pieces will share a similar colour story; other times we incorporate shapes and designs from historical design styles.
We operate independently from the never ending trend cycle, and we prioritise timeless designs rather than adhering to passing fads. Our products are made to last, and we hope that you will love your STUDIO / PRISMORA pieces for many years to come.
A MESSAGE FROM OUR FOUNDER
"Hello there, and welcome to the colourful world of STUDIO / PRISMORA!
My name is Poppy and I am the founder of STUDIO / PRISMORA. I am also the product creator, website designer, photographer, customer service agent, social media marketing manager, blog writer... the list goes on!
As a queer, neurodivergent woman I have always found it difficult to express myself in a world that wants us all to fit into neat little boxes. Well, this brand is a safe space for everyone who doesn't fit the norm and wants to stand out from the crowd as their authentic, bright, bold, colourful selves.
By purchasing from STUDIO / PRISMORA you are helping me to achieve my dream of supporting myself and my two adorable cats (aka the real owners of the business) through my creativity. With every purchase this dream gets one step closer to reality - shopping small really can change people's lives.
